Diagnosed 16 years ago with Fibromyalgia, I read, studied, joined groups in an effort to give myself the best advantage. I read books, white papers, journals of nutrition, and gathered a select group to learn from. I also incorporate deep breathing, meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, and special music. Does Exercise Make Fibro Pain Worse

When our body is in motion, our muscle cells are more active. Our breathing rate increases to increase the supply of air to the lungs, so that more oxygen can be absorbed. Inside the lungs, air is replaced more quickly so that oxygen content is kept high, and fresh oxygen runs thru our blood supply. A body in motion tends to stay in motion!

Fibromyalgia and Milk

 Symptoms that aggravate fibromyalgia patients are:

  • sensitivity to dairy products
  • food allergies
